HSE Officer
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety plans
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project‑specific requirements
• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and toolbox talks
• Monitor correct use of PPE and safe work practices
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports
• Maintain HSE documentation, permits, and safety records
• Coordinate with site teams and subcontractors on all HSE‑related matters
Requirements :
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Health & Safety
• 3–6 years of HSE experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and practices
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certification preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Must have own car
Salary & Benefits :
Salary: AED 7,000 per month
