Skills & Qualifications :
• Minimum 1 year UAE real estate experience (secondary market preferred).
• Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
• Good knowledge of Dubai ready properties and communities.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; additional languages a plus).
• UAE driving license preferred.
