Qualifications and Experience Required:
Degree in IT related discipline Computer Science or equivalent and additional professional technical training/certifications in System Administration.
Minimum 12 years of IT experience in Windows System Administration, Backup Solutions, Cisco Networking, and IP Telephony.
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP
Cisco Meraki (any one strongly preferred)
Network monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, others)
Certification in Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, and hands-on experience associated with backup, raid platforms and storage systems;
Demonstrate knowledge of security standards and their applications;
Key Responsibilities:
To implement and manage Information Technology (IT) infrastructure devices, troubleshoot servers, messaging services, and employee computers.
Configure, maintain, and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot incidents (L2/L3)
Implement VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF/BGP – basic), NAT, ACLs
Support VPN (site-to-site & remote access) connectivity
Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for circuit issues
Maintain network diagrams, IP addressing, and documentation
Follow change management and security best practices
