What You’ll Do:
Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial performance
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis
Identify cost risks and recommend corrective actions
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams
Review subcontractor invoices and payment certifications
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
4–7 years of experience in MEP/construction cost control.
Strong skills in MS Excel & ERP systems.
UAE experience preferred.
