Key Responsibilities
Manage contractual matters for main contracts and subcontracts
Handle variations (quantification, evaluation, and submission)
Prepare monthly valuations and ensure timely certifications
Monitor change control procedures and contractual notices
Manage subcontractor payments and final accounts
Prepare reports, forecasts, and maintain documentation
Coordinate with Project Manager, Consultant, and subcontractors
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
5–7 years of experience in construction/contracting firms
Strong knowledge of contracts and cost control
Familiar with international standards (ASME / British Standards)
Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
Good communication and teamwork skills
