Job Title: FM Administrator
Salary: AED 5,000 – 10,000 (estimated)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management team on a daily basis.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain and organize records, reports, and documentation related to facilities.
Assist in scheduling maintenance activities and tracking service completion.
Handle multiple administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
2–3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management within the UAE.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must hold a Cancelled visa or Visit visa.
Should be available for immediate joining.
