Senior Logistics Operations Executive
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Monitor vessel movements, shipment status, and port conditions, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate rerouting, alternative carriers, and revised transit plans to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the management of priority shipments and urgent logistics requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment updates, contingency plans, and carrier communications.
• Serve as a liaison between carriers, forwarders, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of supply chain/logistics experience, with at least 3 years in UAE operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and shipment tracking systems.
