Job Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Requirements :
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years' HR experience in the UAE contracting/construction sector.
• Strong experience in recruitment (blue-collar & white-collar).
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, visa/immigration procedures, license renewals, and vehicle insurance processes.
• Strong coordination skills with PROs and government authorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
