Job Title: Department Supervisor – Delicatessen / Fishery / Stationery
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Retail / Department Management preferred
3–5 years of experience in Retail / Hypermarket preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the assigned department’s products and operations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage inventory, merchandising, and staff
Good leadership and team coordination abilities
Familiarity with sales reporting and stock management
