Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline
5–8 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of contract preparation, negotiation, and administration
Excellent understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Ability to lead and mentor a contracts team
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Proficiency in contract management software and documentation
