Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree or relevant corporate education
• Previous real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented, confident, and customer-oriented
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency in MS Office and online listing portals is a plus
