Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / ITI / Vocational / Graduate in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant field
2–5 years of experience in site supervision, construction, or infrastructure projects
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of site operations, construction methods, and materials
Ability to supervise workers and coordinate daily site activities
Good understanding of safety standards and quality control
Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and plans
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
