Senior Purchase Officer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibility :
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
• Source new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing ones.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Oversee the purchasing team and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure that all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and plan for future procurement needs.
Skills :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Purchase Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and team management skills.
