Procurement Engineer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• All procurement functions of Tender stage, expediting Quotations, Supplier data control, Product quality, and traffic on delivery within a short Tender duration.
• Deep study Bid/ Specifications, Documents & drawings, list out major packages & requirements, plotting enquires to Sub-contractors / Suppliers, follow-up, collect quotations and evaluate quotations within Tender duration.
• Discuss with Estimation Manager, Estimator about issues of Tender specifications, drawings & BOQ and list out the discrepancies for make query to Client.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical experts in preparing specifications for Quotations.
• Procurement Officer duties of Technically and commercial an effective communicator with strong negotiations, leadership, planning & problem solving with Supplier / Subcontractors.
• Ensure Tender Quotations materials meet required quality standards and compliance with safety, industry regulations and lead time.
• Assess supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery times, and report to Estimation Manger.
• Stay updated on market trends, prices, and new productsand construction materials industry to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Procurement functions Involving with Estimation teamfor the duties of Post Tenders and Awarded of Projects.
• As per instruction from Estimation Manager, support Tender & Post Tender Submissions.
• Ensure all Procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
