Job Title: HR & Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Visa, Medical & Insurance:
Manage visa, medical, and insurance processes for employees.
Execute all visa processing independently, including entry permits, labor cards, and renewals.
Handle MPOHRE, ICP, and other government portals for all employee services.

Payroll & Compliance:
Manage employee payroll and ensure WPS compliance is accurate and timely.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.

Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle:
Provide support in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR / Payroll Specialist in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of visa processes, insurance, and the WPS system.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
