Position: Call Centre Agent – Morning Shift
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant field (preferred)
Salary: AED 10,000 – 11,000
Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Key responsibilities include:
Handling inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently
Providing clear and accurate information about products and services
Processing customer transactions and updating CRM systems accurately
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
Following company procedures and maintaining call handling standards
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Arabic and English preferred
Previous experience in call handling or customer support roles is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment
