Key Responsibilities
Secure shutdown and maintenance projects from major industrial clients
Manage pre-qualification processes, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients such as EGA, EMAL, ADNOC, and Emirates Steel
Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams for project planning and execution
Identify upcoming shutdown opportunities and analyze market trends
Develop business strategies to increase revenue and project pipeline
Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
5–10 years of experience in sales engineering or business development within oil & gas, steel, marine, or heavy industry sectors
Strong network and industry connections within UAE industrial markets
Proven track record in generating business, securing contracts, and achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of tendering processes, contracts, and commercial negotiations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with major industrial clients such as ADNOC, EGA, or similar organizations
Knowledge of shutdown planning and maintenance project cycles
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
Salary: AED 18,000 – AED 30,000 per month (based on experience and industry sector in UAE)
