Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in maintenance, repair, or site support for MEP and civil works
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment, systems, and structures
Knowledge of safety procedures, tools, and equipment handling
Good problem-solving and technical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
