Your Mission
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our presence in the market. Your
responsibilities will include:
Managing and developing a portfolio of customers
Visiting clients regularly and ensuring strong relationship management
Identifying new business opportunities and reactivating inactive customers
Executing monthly route plans and maintaining accurate check?ins
Preparing mandatory reports and contributing to team meetings
Upholding Würth’s mission, values, and culture in every interaction

What You Bring
A customer oriented and business driven mindset
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Resilience, curiosity, and the courage to engage new clients
Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve
Professional stability and at least 2+ years of experience in a sales?related role
High School diploma required; College degree diploma is a plus
Fluent English skills
Proficiency with the Office suite
Mandatory UAE Driving License
