Job Position – Customer Service Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer transactions related to remittance and foreign exchange.
Provide accurate information on exchange rates, services, and products.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt service.
Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support daily branch operations and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or financial services (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and systems)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Indonesian language proficiency.
Preferred Nationalities: Indonesian Only
