General Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject (Master’s preferred for leadership roles)
• Relevant teaching certification/license
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (5+ years preferred for leadership roles)
• Experience in curriculum development and classroom management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams effectively
• Passion for student development and educational excellence
