Assistant Officer – Leasing
Job Location : Ajman, UAE
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail leasing, mall leasing, property management, or commercial leasing
• Experience in shopping malls or hypermarkets is highly preferred
• Good understanding of leasing agreements, tenancy contracts, and retail leasing processes
• Knowledge of UAE leasing regulations and documentation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and leasing management systems
