Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Experience Required: 4+ years
Notice Period: Immediate – 30 days
Salary: 7000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide on-site & remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and mobile devices
– Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues; escalate when required
– Manage service requests, system setups, installations, and upgrades
– Support Windows, macOS & Microsoft Office environments
– Handle Active Directory user account management
– Document incidents and maintain ITSM processes
– Support branch setups and IT projects
Experience Required:
– Minimum 4+ years in desktop/end-user support or IT helpdesk
Essential Skills:
– Windows (7/8/10/11) & Windows Server (2012/2016/2019)
– macOS support
– Active Directory & Office 365 administration
– Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
– Asset management tools (SCCM, ManageEngine, Lansweeper)
– Mobile device support (iOS, Android) with MDM tools (ManageEngine, Intune)
– Remote support tools (SCCM, ManageEngine Desktop Central)
– Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Certifications (Mandatory):
– Microsoft Certifications (MCP / MCSA / MCSE or equivalent)
– ITIL Foundation
