Document Control & ACC Administrator
Job Location : Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement document control procedures, including registration, tracking, distribution, and archiving
• Maintain logs for drawings, RFIs, submittals, approvals, and project communications
• Ensure proper version control, document numbering, and circulation of approved documents
• Manage and administer Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), including workflows, permissions, and document systems
• Provide training and user support for ACC to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for tracking documentation, approvals, and workflow efficiency
• Handle project correspondence, reports, and submissions in both Arabic and English
• Support project administration tasks such as meetings, reporting, and coordination with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to QA/QC standards, ISO requirements, and assist in audit processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 10 to 15 years of experience in document control within the construction sector
• Strong and proven experience as an Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Administrator (mandatory)
• Demonstrated expertise in handling documentation for large-scale construction projects
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and data visualization is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and document management systems
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and UAE project environments
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
