Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot reciprocating compressors, particularly Ariel compressors
Diagnose and resolve failures in compression systems and associated equipment
Develop, implement, and follow preventive maintenance (PM) plans
Lead and support compressor overhauling and major maintenance activities
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for critical equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain Waukesha gas engines
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency
Work hands-on with the team during maintenance and troubleshooting activities
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work systems, and client safety standards
Prepare and maintain maintenance reports for preventive and corrective activities
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams for smooth execution of work
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in compressor and gas engine maintenance within the Oil & Gas industry
Strong knowledge of Ariel reciprocating compressors
Strong knowledge of Waukesha gas engines
Experience in troubleshooting, overhauling, and maintenance planning
Ability to create and follow preventive maintenance schedules
Strong reporting and documentation skills for maintenance activities
Willingness to work hands-on in field conditions
Preferred:
Certified training on Ariel compressors and/or Waukesha engines

Candidates must currently be in Kuwait holding a valid Article 18 transferable visa
