Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee civil engineering works for industrial projects, including foundations, infrastructure, and site execution
Lead concrete repair, rehabilitation, and structural integrity assessments
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot technical challenges and implement effective solutions on-site
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for senior management
Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant civil engineering experience
Proven hands-on experience on large-scale industrial projects
Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
Strong expertise in concrete repair, rehabilitation, and civil works
Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team coordination abilities
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 15,000 – 22,000 per month
