Minimum 6 years of UAE experience as a Purchase Officer
Must have experience working with a main contractor
Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market rates
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to handle procurement processes independently
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement activities
Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors
Negotiate pricing and contract terms
Ensure timely delivery of materials
Maintain accurate records and documentation
