Job Title: Bid Coordinator – Fit-Out
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 3–6 years of experience in bid coordination, tendering, or pre-contracts, preferably in fit-out or construction industry
Experience in preparing and coordinating tender submissions and bid documentation
Strong understanding of fit-out projects and construction terminology
Ability to review BOQs, drawings, and tender requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple bids
