Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil maintenance and repair activities across facilities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times
Prepare daily and weekly reports, maintaining accurate work records
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth operations
Monitor material usage and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Interpret engineering drawings and support execution planning
Utilize CAFM systems for maintenance tracking and reporting
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in civil supervision within Facilities Management
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to interpret technical drawings
Experience working with CAFM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage site operations independently and efficiently
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 4,000 – QAR 6,500 per month (based on experience and FM sector standards in Qatar)
