Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning, sprint management, and task prioritization
Mentor and manage the development team, ensuring productivity and technical excellence
Own technical design, architecture, and implementation decisions
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure code quality
Collaborate with stakeholders for updates, issue resolution, and requirement alignment
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones and contractual obligations
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Proven experience leading software development projects and teams
Strong technical skills in .NET Core, Node.js, jQuery, Angular, React, SQL Server, and Oracle
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud deployments
Agile/Scrum project management experience
Experience with survey or data collection platforms is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 20,000 – 28,000 per month
