Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed outage and shutdown schedules
Manage critical path, resource allocation, and tight timelines for outage execution
Coordinate across engineering, maintenance, and operations teams
Track and report schedule progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Support on-time delivery during planned shutdown windows
Identify schedule improvements and optimize workflow for future outages
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 7+ years of experience in scheduling and planning
Proven experience managing outages/shutdowns in Power, WtE, Oil & Gas, or heavy industry
Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
Solid understanding of critical path methodology, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Immediate availability or joiners by May preferred
Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 18,000 – 28,000 per month
