Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Deliver clear, accurate service information and promptly resolve customer concerns
• Keep comprehensive records of all customer communications and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
• Maintain professionalism and prioritize customer satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of demonstrated experience in a customer service role
• Prior experience in Facilities Management considered a significant asset
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal abilities with aptitude for building positive relationships
• Proven problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities
