Sales Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives focused on high-end corporate and private clientele.
• Build and manage a robust B2B/B2C sales pipeline across the UAE.
• Cultivate relationships and close high-value contracts through a consultative and relationship-driven approach.
• Represent the brand at networking events, trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with lead generation and brand campaigns.
• Consistently generate new corporate and retail leads, maintaining strong conversion rates.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of 20-25 sales representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets
• Drive the acquisition of long-term event partnerships and recurring B2B clients.
