Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
• Lead project planning and scheduling activities across multiple villa/building projects
• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to track progress
• Identify delays, risks, and provide recovery plans where required
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts for management and clients
• Ensure alignment of project timelines with contractual milestones and deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer/Manager in construction contracting
• Strong expertise in planning tools and methodologies
• Mandatory experience in high-volume villa/building projects
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
