Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE construction industry or manpower supply sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and construction labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in HR software and MS Office applications.
