Key Deliverables:
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Achieve the agreed targets for sales, profit and market share
• Drive sales of the company's core brands and secure effective distribution to optimize profitability.
• Maintain effective customer partnership
• Establish service agreements with customers and ensure all commitments are fulfilled as per the contract
• Review sales trends across accounts, categories, and brands, and develop effective sales strategies to drive growth
• Strategically prioritize key brands to boost product volumes and maintain strong consumer awareness
• Ensure timely payments in accordance with company guidelines and financial policies
