Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical (MEP)
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduates/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3–8 years of experience in Mechanical Quantity Surveying or MEP project cost control
Experience in building services, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems projects
Requirements:
Strong experience in mechanical quantity surveying within MEP/construction projects
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical systems
Ability to prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take-offs
Experience in contract management, variations, and final accounts
Familiarity with project drawings and specifications
Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
