Qualifications, Certifications and Experience :
• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in pediatrics or family medicine.
• Valid license to practice medicine in the jurisdiction where employed.
• Experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those with complex medical needs.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of pediatric medical conditions and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
Physical requirements :
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around clinical environments for extended periods.
• Capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and assisting with patient care.
• Adequate vision, hearing, and motor skills to assess patients and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Stamina to handle the demands of a busy hospital environment and provide continuous medical care to pediatric patients.
