Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
8–12+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) and cost management in construction projects
Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, or MEP projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration
Experience in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), variations, and interim valuations
Good understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software/tools
Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with clients and consultants
