Job Title: Cost Controller
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
5–10 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or project cost management (construction/hospitality/industrial preferred)
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis
Experience in monitoring project costs and identifying cost variances
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar is an advantage)
Good understanding of project cost structures, BOQ, and procurement processes
Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
