Job Title: Estimation Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
3–8 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or cost engineering
Experience in construction, MEP, or industrial projects preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quantity take-off, and tender preparation
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and specifications
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software/tools is an advantage
Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and market rates
Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
