Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Draft JDs in collaboration with hiring managers for new roles and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Draft and post job advertisements across job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Prepare offer letters and communicate with candidates to obtain offer sign-off and required onboarding documentation.
• Conduct corporate induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely updates on a weekly basis.
• Oversee PRO responsibilities, including visa and permit acquisition, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Job requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with visa and permit processes (PRO experience is an advantage).
