Job Title: Proposal Coordinator / Proposal Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or Business Administration
2–5 years of experience in proposal preparation, tendering, or pre-sales support
Requirements:
Strong understanding of technical and commercial proposal development
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with bidding/tendering processes preferred
