Job Title: IPT / Unified Communications Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field
3–7 years of experience in IPT / Unified Communications support and implementation
Experience in enterprise communication systems preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of IP Telephony systems (Cisco Call Manager, Avaya, or similar)
Experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323, RTP)
Familiarity with Unified Communications platforms (voice, video, messaging)
Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, QoS, VLANs)
Ability to provide on-call support and handle critical issues
