Requirements:

• Knowledge of UAE Business Setup Industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ZOHO CRM development and customization in the UAE market.
• Proven experience with ZOHO CRM integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of ZOHO's suite of applications, especially CRM, Books, Projects, and Desk.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and dashboards.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
