Key Responsibilities :
• Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for maintenance materials spare parts tools and services
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders in line with company policies
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support ongoing maintenance projects
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock updates
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance
• Obtain quotations compare pricing and ensure best-value procurement
