Job Title: AC / Accommodation Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
ITI / Vocational / Diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 1 year in hospitality industry in a similar role (mandatory)
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AC units, and refrigeration basics
Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air conditioning systems
Experience in hotel or hospitality maintenance environment preferred
Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures
Knowledge of safety standards and maintenance protocols
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns
