Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary School & Equivalent / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in front office or guest service role in hospitality industry
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with customer-focused attitude
Knowledge of front office operations and guest handling procedures
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) preferred
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
Problem-solving and conflict handling skills
