Job Title: Reservation Agent
Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary School & Equivalent / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service (hospitality preferred)
Requirements:
Good communication and telephone etiquette
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems (PMS / booking platforms preferred)
Strong customer service and sales orientation
Ability to handle inquiries, bookings, and cancellations efficiently
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
