Job Title: Executive Assistant – FIVE Hotels & Resorts
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
Minimum 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role, preferably in hospitality or luxury hotel industry
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Experience in managing executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
